"After all the press left the room, we were given a special opportunity to record the V8 sound of the new IS-F. The driver started the car and the IS-F’s 5.0L V8 came to life. He revved it a couple times for us to hear. A healthy and burly roar came of the 5.0L V8 via the quad exhaust tailpipes. It is hard to imagine that this idea of a V8 in an IS was just a dream not too long ago."
