JDM cars are impossible to register here in norway. I don't know why exactly, but i think it has something to do with the documentation. The Norwegian DMV can't read japanese and they don't accept translations.
However, it may be different if it's part of moving goods. I would talk to your local DMV so there's no misunderstanding.

The problem is that since the steering wheel is on the other side, the Norwegian DMW consideres a RHD car to be completely different then a LHD, and requires a whole new set of crash-documents. The documents for LHD will not be sufficient to register a RHD.
There have also been some problem due to JDM Vin numbers beeing so short.
In short: The norwegian government hates all RHD cars. That's why you cant register it...

That's not entirely correct, since it's posssible to register british vehicles..
