I do recommend you to take the 20V black top engine (165hp, year 1995
and up) since your existing gear box, drive shafts and gear shifting cables
can be reuse. You also not need to headache about the engine mount and also
the gear box mounts. The black top 20V engine is newer than AE101 4A-GZE
(stop production in 1995) since the black top 20V use in AE111 from 1995
until year 1999. The black top 20V is simple and not as complicated as the
AE101 4A-GZE engine. It is lighter than the 4A-GZE engine.

I found that the shipping cost for send a wooden box (1 cubic meter or less)to Oslo, Norway is 300USD.
The price for a complete black top 20V 4A-GE engine (no gear box) with ECU and all the electronic components that runs the engine is 1400USD.
Labour charge for make the "Plug and Play" harness to fit the 20V black top
engine in AW11 MR2 - 250USD.
The extra charge for reconditioning the engine is 350USD. It included the
followings:
a. Labour for clean the engine components, disassembly and reassembly the engine
b. King Engine Bearings - Main bearing, Con Rod bearing and Thrust Washer
c. Oil seals (crank shaft seals and cam shaft seals)
d. Oil rings (all oil rings included water pump and water pipe oil rings)
e. Timing belt - Japanese brand
f. Engine oil and filter - Japanese brand
g. Cylinder head gasket - Toyota Genuine Parts
So the total cost to you is 2000USD.
